Baseball cap made of cotton ribbed fabric. The problem with producing sweatshirts is the inventory of ribbed fabric. Since the amount used is less than the body dough, you will end up with a lot left over. From a sustainability perspective, we reuse it as a cap instead of throwing it away. The stretchy ribbed fabric makes it a comfortable piece to wear. In addition, we no longer use polypropylene for the brim core, and we reuse leftover sweatshirts and knitwear for the brim.
