With its band collar, relaxed sleeves, and extended length, it’s designed to be worn as a light outer layer—somewhere between a shirt and a jacket.

The fabric is a dry cotton blend sourced from USA and Australian cotton, spun using a technical process that introduces neps—small, irregular slubs—by adjusting the carding machines during fiber preparation. This creates a natural, rustic texture with visual depth. Due to the delicate nature of nep yarn, the cloth is woven slowly on an old-fashioned rapier loom, typically used for fragile fibres like silk—offering strength where it’s needed most.
