Thick threads are knit on a customized machine at a slow pace, creating a fabric with exceptional volume, softness, and body. Flat seams are used throughout the main body for a clean finish and a low-stress feel when worn. Interior sewing points are smooth, reducing irritation and enhancing wearability. At the collar, cuffs, and hem, triple-point decorative stitching adds subtle visual structure, while bar tack reinforcements prevent thread fraying over time.

To maintain the garment's shape, the fabric is laid laterally across the body on the reverse side, helping to prevent sagging. Even the sewing machines are finely adjusted—presser foot pressure is lowered and the garment sewn slowly to accommodate the material’s stretch during construction. The mid-neck sits slightly lower than a mock neck, offering the presence of a higher collar with the ease and comfort of a classic crew.
